About Me

Hi, I’m Allysa! I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in customer service, administrative support, and graphic design. I’ve worked in client-facing roles as a Customer Service Representative and Appointment Setter, handling inbound and outbound calls, lead generation, and CRM management. In addition, I have strong administrative and creative skills, gained from my experience as a Student Assistant and General Virtual Assistant. I’ve managed social media content, document preparation, data entry, and graphic design for various clients. As an IT student, I’m tech-savvy and adaptable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Five9 CRM, and design tools like Canva. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality work and helping businesses stay organized and efficient.

My Projects

Project 1
Retail Inventory Management System

I embarked on the development of a retail inventory system to streamline inventory management processes for businesses. The system is designed to support role-based access control, allowing Admins, Managers, Employees, and Customers to interact with the system based on their respective roles. Additionally, I incorporated Bootstrap and CSS for a visually appealing and responsive interface, alongside PHP and MySQL for robust backend functionality.

Project 2
SQLI Environment

A development and testing of a purposefully vulnerable web application designed to demonstrate SQL injection vulnerabilities. SQL injection remains one of the most critical web application security risks, ranked third in the OWASP Top 10 2021. The application serves as an educational tool to understand how SQL injection attacks work, their potential impact, and the importance of implementing proper security measures.

Note: This application and all attack vectors presented are for educational purposes only and should never be implemented in production environments.

This is a short film project using Flash 8. It is a 2D animation short clip about the noral lesson of giving.
